As a part of its business expansion in 1999, Teknosystem established the Fiber Optic System Production Department utilizing the equipment and technological know-how from Ericsson of Sweden. Initially, the entire output was exclusively delivered to Ericsson Corporation. The fiber optic production process was certified by Ericsson and still guarantees – along with other standards – high quality and production flexibility. In addition, the personnel of the department went through an intensive training program at LEMO UK in manufacturing and repairs of high definition camera transmission cables for HD TV.

Teknosystem undertakes a production & service task of the following range:

• camera transmission cables for HD TV with LEMO & STRATOS connectors,
• cables for digital audio transmission with LEMO & STRATOS connectors,
• hybrid cables with any type of connector,
• Optical Distribution Frames (ODF),
• complete multi fiber cables (type ODF) terminated with ST, SC, LC, FC/PC, FC/APC, MTRJ, MU, E2000 connectors,
• single & multi fiber patchcords terminated with ST, SC, LC, FC/PC, FC/APC, MTRJ, MU, E2000 connectors,
• metal frames & cabinets for ODF,
• active & passive components,
• welding and testing of fiber optic cables,
• repairs of any kind of fiber optic system,
• field installations of ordered eqipment (Poland only).

The production process is based on the latest technology, equipment, and quality components.
