The owner of this website is Teknosystem Sp. z o.o.. All rights to the entire content of the website are reserved.

The user has the right to download and print entire sites or parts of the website, providing no violation of copyright and trademark rights belonging to Teknosystem Sp. z o.o. or other entities. No part of the website may be copied in whole or in part for commercial purposes, transmitted electronically or otherwise, modified, linked or used without the prior written consent of Teknosystem Sp. z o.o..

The administrator of personal data provided by the User when using the website is Teknosystem Sp. z o.o., with headquarters in Warsaw, at Małowiejska 25, 04-962 Warsaw. Teknosystem Sp. z o.o. processes personal data in accordance with the applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

Right to access data

Right to object

In relation to the processing of personal data necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests – you may object in special situations. In this case, we will not be allowed to process the personal data, unless we demonstrate the existence of valid, legitimate grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims.
However, if your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing at any time with immediate effect.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that Teknosystem Sp. z o.o. is processing your personal data in an unlawful manner – you are entitled to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
